El accidente se produjo cuando<strong> una formaci\u00f3n que viajaba de M\u00e1laga a Madrid descarril\u00f3, cruz\u00f3 a la v\u00eda contraria y colision\u00f3 con otro tren que se dirig\u00eda hacia Huelva<\/strong>. En total, <strong>484 personas <\/strong>se vieron involucradas en el episodio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 en <em>LN+<\/em> <strong>Guillermo Robino<\/strong>, especialista en transporte ferroviario, las primeras evaluaciones t\u00e9cnicas permiten descartar la responsabilidad del maquinista.<strong> \u201cEn la l\u00ednea Madrid-Sevilla funciona el sistema LZB, un sistema alem\u00e1n de alt\u00edsima confiabilidad que elimina el error humano\u201d<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">Se trata de un mecanismo que controla alerta hasta que se produjo el impacto<\/strong>. <strong>\u201cEn ese lapso no hay margen para avisos ni maniobras adicionales<\/strong>. El sistema activa el freno de emergencia y da aviso al puesto de mando, pero a m\u00e1s de 200 kil\u00f3metros por hora se necesitan unos 1800 metros para detener el tren\u201d, explic\u00f3. Sin embargo, la combinaci\u00f3n de velocidad y distancia hizo imposible evitar la colisi\u00f3n. <strong>\u201cEl maquinista vio la fatalidad. No hubo tiempo real de reacci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"com-paragraph   --s\">En cuanto al origen del descarrilamiento, Robino se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las principales hip\u00f3tesis apuntan a una falla t\u00e9cnica. Una de ellas es un problema en la infraestructura: una <strong>posible rotura en la soldadura entre rieles<\/strong>. \u201cSi una soldadura falla, se genera una deformaci\u00f3n que puede provocar que el tren se salga de la v\u00eda.
