{"id":216479,"date":"2025-11-13T15:13:38","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T18:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radioacuariofm.com.ar\/?p=216479"},"modified":"2025-11-13T15:13:39","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T18:13:39","slug":"nuevos-requisitos-para-el-cambio-de-titularidad-en-obras-sanitarias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioacuariofm.com.ar\/?p=216479","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos requisitos para el cambio de titularidad en Obras Sanitarias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><b>Obras Sanitarias Sociedad del Estado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> informa a todos los usuarios que se han <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">actualizado los requisitos para gestionar el <\/span><b>cambio de titularidad del servicio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tr\u00e1mite que permite registrar correctamente al responsable de la cuenta asociada a un inmueble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los nuevos requerimientos aplican a <\/span><b>todas las categor\u00edas de usuarios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  y deber\u00e1n presentarse en forma personal en las <\/span><b>oficinas comerciales de Casa Central <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para realizar este tr\u00e1<\/span><b>mite<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ubicadas en <\/span><b>Avenida Jos\u00e9 Ignacio de la Roza 272 (oeste), Ciudad de San Juan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en el horario de <\/span><b>7:30 a 14:00 horas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para quienes no residen en el Gran San Juan, pueden acercarse a las oficinas de comercial de OS de los departamentos del interior. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Requisitos para realizar el cambio de titularidad<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DNI del titular (original y fotocopia).<\/span><\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acreditar titularidad con documentaci\u00f3n de probanza mediante alguno de los siguientes documentos:<\/span><\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<ul>&#13;<\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escritura traslativa del dominio (original y fotocopia).<\/span><\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informe actualizado emitido por el Registro General Inmobiliario.<\/span><\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resoluci\u00f3n del IPV (original y fotocopia).<\/span><\/li>\n<p>&#13;<\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para barrios nuevos: autorizaci\u00f3n y\/o tenencia precaria (con una antig\u00fcedad m\u00e1xima de dos a\u00f1os).<\/span><\/li>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#13;\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos requisitos buscan <\/span><b>garantizar la correcta identificaci\u00f3n de los usuarios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y asegurar la <\/span><b>transparencia en la administraci\u00f3n de los servicios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para consultas o mayor informaci\u00f3n, los usuarios pueden comunicarse a trav\u00e9s de los canales oficiales de atenci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>WhatsApp (solo texto): 264 506 4444<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>L\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica gratuita: 0800-222-6773<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><script async defer crossorigin=\"anonymous\" src=\"https:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/es_ES\/sdk.js#xfbml=1&#038;version=v3.3\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Obras Sanitarias Sociedad del Estado informa a todos los usuarios que se han actualizado los requisitos para gestionar el cambio de titularidad del servicio, tr\u00e1mite que permite registrar correctamente al responsable de la cuenta asociada a un inmueble.
